Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

To request a refund, please email us within 7 days of delivery at thecouch2004@outlook.com

with:

    •    Your order number

    •    Photos of the issue

    •    A brief description

Non-Refundable Items

    •    Sale/clearance items

    •    Gift cards

    •    Items marked “Final Sale”

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

The Couch™ Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

Items must be:

    •    Unworn

    •    Unwashed

    •    In original condition

    •    With tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

    •    Intimates or bodysuits

    •    Sale items

    •    Gift cards

    •    Items with makeup, deodorant, or wear marks

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

The Couch™ Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders Monday–Friday.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (varies by location)

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address. The Couch™ is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Once marked “Delivered,” The Couch™ is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Please contact the carrier directly.
